No need to share with dozens of other units - our Donax Village has ten units (20 homeowners) sharing a pool, professional tennis court, weber grills and picnic tables. All are literally only steps from our free standing beach cottage.

POOL & DECK

Five Minutes....

Five minutes after you leave the cottage (2 on bike) you can be on the beautiful Sanibel beach where you can walk for miles searching for shells or other treasures from the ocean. We have just updated the cottage and still feel it continues to be one of the best values on Sanibel Island. The complex has a wonderful, large (and quiet...) heated pool, gas bbq grills & tennis court. Laundry is in the cottage, so no need to drag and share, and the bike rental places are close by.

It is a small quiet condominium complex and our cottage and our neighbors` are the only free standing cottage conds with pool and tennis on the island. We spent several years here before we bought selecting our location and we love it because it is close to all of the wonderful activities and restaurants Sanibel has to offer.

Five minutes by car to the grocery stores and some
delightful shops and great restaurants. Not far from our favorite movie theater in the world - the Island Cinema. The
Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge in 10 minutes and the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum. Don't forget Tarpon Bay kayaking, canoeing, and fishing and BIG Arts live theater and two public island golf courses - one a 2 minute walk.

The 23 mile island bike, skating, and walking trail is right in front of the complex.

Too many choices? sit with a book on the beach, by the pool - on our back porch or our front porch or in the lanai and do nothing at all....
